Shopping Information
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Production usually takes an additional 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
We’ve partnered with Australia Post and Sendle for reliable, fully trackable delivery:

Standard Shipping (2–7 business days): We provide free shipping to all customers Australia wide.
Delivery times depend on your location:
Standard Shipping:
QLD: 1–3 days
VIC, NSW: 2–5 days
WA, SA, TAS, NT: 2–7 days

For remote areas, check delivery times at auspost.com.au or sendle.com.au.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with your Australia Post/ Sendle tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on their website.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. Funk DA Web is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
We currently focus on domestic shipping within Australia. If you’re outside Australia, please email us at support@funkdaweb.com.au before ordering.
Payment Information
Yes – but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (where available).
Absolutely! You’ll receive an email confirmation right after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Order Returns and Refunds
We’re sorry that happened! Please contact us at support@funkdaweb.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund in special cases.
Since every item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll help resolve it with Australia Post/Sendle. However, If you additionally contacted the courier company and opted for Route package protection, in that case your order is insured for loss or damage.
