1. Order Issues & Defective Items
We strive for high-quality printing, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@funkdaweb.com.au with:

Clear photos of the item showing the defect
If approved, we will offer:

A free replacement

A refund (in special cases)
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
As each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
4. Shipping Issues

If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving it with the carrier (Australia Post, Sendle).

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.
