Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Issues & Defective Items

We strive for high-quality printing, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@funkdaweb.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the defect

If approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement

  • A refund (in special cases)

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

As each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.

4. Shipping Issues

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving it with the carrier (Australia Post, Sendle).

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.
